About this workshop

PAI-plus is often used to conduct assessments of people in where positive impression can be an issue. Common examples include using the PAI to conduct employment assessments, Family Court, return to work, or selection of people for clergy. This workshop helps you understand PIM assessment and how to apply it in your assessment

  • How was PIM developed and what does it measure
  • Where are the additional scales developed and how do we do corrections for PIM
  • Effortful and non-effortful distortions, and other advanced tools
  • Includes a brief discussion on Selection Applications

The workshop is a practical introduction to these scales and includes time for questions.
