Getting Started

Get a referral
While not required, many people begin their therapy journey with a visit to their doctor. In order to get Medicare rebates, you need a referral from a psychiatrist, paediatrician or a mental health care plan from a GP.

Book an appointment
Once you are ready to begin therapy, you can contact our office and book an appointment with a practitioner. Our reception team will help you find someone who is a good match for you.

Your first session
Once you have booked an appointment, we will send you an information and privacy form. Therapy sessions then commence until we achieve your outcomes.
