Clinical Psychologist Jobs

As a leading clinical psychology provider, Mindstate Psychology is a major employer, providing a range of exciting clinical psychologist jobs in Perth. All applicants must hold full registration and current AHPRA registration to be eligible for employment.

While our clinic offers structured full-time roles, we recognise the importance of matching the right job type to the scope of services we provide, especially in specialised areas such as forensic assessments or neurodevelopmental evaluations. Our roles are generally fixed and ongoing, and we welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including psychologists who have previously worked in contract-based roles or part-time academic or clinical settings. Although we do not offer accommodation as part of our employment packages, we welcome applicants relocating to Perth and are happy to share local insights and support onboarding where needed.

Whether your background includes experience in autism diagnostics, youth and adolescent psychology, trauma, or remote mental health support, our clinic offers a collaborative environment with strong peer supervision, ongoing professional development, and consistent referrals from trusted sources.

Even if we aren't hiring for roles currently, if you're an experienced (and AHPRA registered) psychologist interested in joining our team, we'd love to hear from you!

2. Meet the Leadership Team

If your skills match our current availability, we'll reach out to organise a time to meet with you (usually in person at our offices). We'll discuss the role, your experience, how our practice works, and answer any questions.

3. Onboarding and Welcome

If we think you're a good fit, we'll send a contract for you to sign, and the onboarding process begins!
