2. Meet the Leadership Team

If your skills match our current availability, we'll reach out to organise a time to meet with you (usually in person at our offices). We'll discuss the role, your experience, how our practice works, and answer any questions.

3. Onboarding and Welcome

If we think you're a good fit, we'll send a contract for you to sign, and the onboarding process begins!

We've put together a comprehensive onboarding program to help make the setup process as seamless and supportive as possible.
