Angela is a Clinical Psychology who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience in the assessment and treatment of a range issues including anxiety disorders, depression, behavioural issues, ADHD, adjustment issues, and interpersonal and relationship issues. Angela provides a safe, respectful, non-judgemental space for clients to explore and better understand their mental health concerns. She works collaboratively with her clients to establish treatment goals and to tailor individualised treatment plans. She has experience in a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Attachment-based interventions.
